In addition to competitive salaries and a flexible and supportive work environment, CDI employees enjoy the following benefits. Eligibility for many benefits begins on the first day of employment, with the exception of the parental leave benefit and the health, vision, and dental plans.

Unlimited PTO

CDI offers unlimited paid time off for vacation time, personal days, and sick days. We also have 13 company-wide annual holidays.

Health, Vision, and Dental

CDI offers Aetna health, vision, and dental plans. We cover 80% of the premium costs for employees, and 50% for spouses and dependents.

You’ll have access to these health plans starting on the first of the month, following your hire date.

Wellness

Employees have access to various wellness perks: TelaDoc, TalkSpace, One Medical (if you are in an eligible zip code), Kindbody (if you are in an eligible zip code), and Health Advocate through JustWorks.

Professional Development

Every full-time employee is offered $1,000 per calendar year to spend on their professional development.

401(k)

CDI employees can choose to participate in a 401(k). We cover admin fees on behalf of employees, although we do not currently offer employer matching.

Workstations and Software

New employees are provided with a laptop, an external monitor, and other hardware and accessories as needed.

CDI provides each employee with whatever software is needed for their work.
